Due to the nature of our customized products, we cannot issue refunds purchased from at this time. If your product does not fit as described on our website, please contact our customer support at 1-845-893-3942 for more information regarding exchanges or how to customize your product to your satisfaction.

Products sold through the carry a warranty for a period of 45 days to be free of manufacturing defects on all parts. Should you have reason to believe that your product is defective within 45 days of your purchase date, please call customer support with your receipt at 1-845-893-3942. If your product is defective, we will replace your product with the same or similar equal value product at no additional cost. We reserve the right to change models, versions, fit, and end-user product experience at anytime and make no guarantee replacements will match the initial product ordered.
